2019 Blue Rock Wines, Eden Valley, Pinot Noir Rose Grapes for this wine were sourced from our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges, Eden Valley (GI). This cool climate elevated vineyard ripens the fruit slowly, therefore retaining a higher natural acidity and develops full flavour ripeness. Pink apricot in colour.
