Petaluma Croser is one of the true premium quality sparklings produced in Australia. This Croser is subtle and refined on the nose and supported by lovely melony fruit on the palate and a clean crisp finish. Very pale salmon with faint copper tinges in colour with Strawberry blossom, peaches, lemon citrus zest and hints of white cherries are vibrantly displayed on the nose. This is complimented by the secondary fermentation characters of yeast and bread dough adding mouth-filling creaminess.

This latest release from Petaluma Croser is a non vintage sparkling wine. The classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offers a delicate bouquet of fresh citrus and white peach with a light yeastiness on the nose. Persistence bubbles with a dry long finish.

This wine is named after the myriad of paths, tracks and trails that dominate the famous Morialta Conservation Park that are lovingly explored by its visitors. Sourced from the rolling Adelaide Hills. An elegant wine exhibiting aromas of strawberries and cherries with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Pale Straw in colour. The wine has a lifted, delicate nose with fresh lemon zest, green apple and pear notes whichare enhanced by a subtle savoury complexity. The palate is fresh, fruit driven with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.

Aged on lees for up to 5 years before being disgorged using the ancient method of ‘disgorgement a la volee’ - with nerve!
