A by House of Arras Premium Cuvee has a complex and inviting aroma with nuances of forest floor, nougat, exotic spice and lanolin. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of lychee, butter sauteed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.

Balfour Winery is based on the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, the warmest and driest country in England. The estate comprises 400 acres of vineyards, orchards, and woodlands. The vineyards were first planted in 2002 and by 2007, their first wine - the 2004 Balfour Brut Rose - had won a gold medal at the Wine Challenge. The 1503 Classic Cuvee is named after the year Hush Heath Manor was built. It is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 11% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in appearance, with aromas of fresh citrus, red apples, and subtle toasted brioche characters. Beautifully balanced on the palate with lemony acidity, crisp apple and subtle notes of thyme, finishing with a classic, traditional method toastiness. WINE PANEL NOTE: An attractive nose of lemon, white nectarine, white flowers, supported by subtle, savoury biscuit notes. Very creamy and rich on the palate, with sweet, pulpy citrus balanced by lemony acidity and subtle lime pith. A wonderfully balanced and approachable introduction to English sparkling wine. Hand selected from the classic Champagne town of Reims, Champagne Duperrey Vintage Brut speaks to the terroir magnificently. On the nose this beautiful sparkling is delicate with vibrant citrus notes with a subtle touch of brioche and almond. Delicate notes of dried fruits can also be detected. Once on the palate, this Champagne truly sings with deep, robust, yet refined flavours of wild peach, pear and citrus. A Champagne that is full of charm and character.

Made using the Petillant Naturel method aka Pet Nat, this wine is a rock star in and out of the bottle. Made from a blend of the energetic chardonnay from the famous Saltwater River vineyard and pinot noir rose. It sees a small amount of new oak for added texture. This is some seriously good pet nat, living up to Tasmania's reputation as the home of Australian fizz.
