St Hugo Signature Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is medium crimson in colour with garnet hues. A floral violet and spice lift, with a delicate balance of dried herbs, raspberry, and blackcurrant fruit notes entwined with supportive integrated elevating oak on the nose. The palate is classical and varietal at its core. Varietally tannins that build complimented by a bright blackcurrant floral fruit spectrum, enhanced with subtle refined oak.

There's some initial fruit sweetness on the front palate, quickly morphing into a long line of concentrated red fruit and spice. The finish is tangy, with young, crunchy tannins, resulting in a wine with fantastic structure and incredible length.
