This blend, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has spicy dark berry fruit flavours which are enhanced by a smooth and well rounded palate.

Grant Burge Nebu 2024 is garnet in colour with purple hues. Aromas of violets, milk chocolate, tar and thyme come from the Cabernet followed by ground spice notes, blackberry characters from the Shiraz. Subtle oak inclusion derives vanilla and cedar notes. Flowing through to the palate, the cool climate Cabernet characters of cool mint, leaf, ground turmeric and cassis show through. The warm climate Shiraz elements provide the chocolaty plum and black currant fruit. Together they provide a sweet and savoury entry with soy and hazelnut overlayed with blackcurrant, chocolate and dried spice. The fruit and spice flavours persist over a long tight bed of tannins that drive long and directionally culminating in a velvety texture and super long finish.

The 2025 Fat Tree Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a rich bouquet of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and dark cherry, layered with subtle hints of vanilla, cocoa, and toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm, velvety tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavors of dark berries, cassis, and a touch of spice. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of depth and complexity.

The 2025 Pickers Hut Cabernet Sauvignon opens with expressive aromas of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, complemented by subtle notes of cedar, vanilla, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, showcasing well-structured tannins and balanced acidity. Flavors of dark fruit are layered with touches of oak, cocoa, and gentle herbal nuances, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

19 Crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction, British rogues, guilty of at least one of the 19 Crimes, were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. The palate is filled with dark cherry fruit, red currants, and chocolate, and the soft tannins provide a lingering finish.

Tempus Two Merlot is deliciously ripe, lovely flavours of mulberry fruit with some earthiness and spice. Soft tannins complement the finish.
