The Limestone Coast was under the sea for over 25 million years. Fast-forward one million years, the region rose out of the sea and fossils helped form the prized red soils (‘terra rossa’) for which the Limestone Coast is famous. This delicious red offers stacks of ripe, sweet fruit on the nose and palate, with a chocolate-rich mouthfeel and spicy persistence.

St Hugo Signature Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is medium crimson in colour with garnet hues. A floral violet and spice lift, with a delicate balance of dried herbs, raspberry, and blackcurrant fruit notes entwined with supportive integrated elevating oak on the nose. The palate is classical and varietal at its core. Varietally tannins that build complimented by a bright blackcurrant floral fruit spectrum, enhanced with subtle refined oak.

This Cabernet Merlot, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has fresh dark berry fruit flavours balanced by soft tannins.

A favourite of many of the cellar workers, this classic blend needs some time to unwind. The nose is fragrant, with intense McLaren Vale Grenache blood orange character, supported with ferrous and iodine notes. There's some initial fruit sweetness on the front palate, quickly morphing into a long line of concentrated red fruit and spice. The finish is tangy, with young, crunchy tannins, resulting in a wine with fantastic structure and incredible length.

This Sauvignon Blanc sourced from premium Australian regions has fresh aromas of passionfruit and lemon citrus and are displayed through the palate balanced by a crisps refreshing acidity on the finish.

Showing classic Cabernet flavours of cassis, plum and red berries, this is a very good quality cask indeed, finishing smoothly with good persistence.
