Fowles Are You Game is a Cabernet with a hint of Merlot. This full bodied wine hails from Victorias Strathbogie Ranges and is aged in a combination of new and old French and American Oak. On the nose, it is fruity and spicy, with blackcurrant and spicy oak mingling against hints of mint. On the palate, dark fruits meet supple tannins to give great body of flavour.

Emmetts Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon
A wonderfully integrated bouquet highlighted by dark fruits such as black currents, ripe dark cherries with a hint of cassis and spices such as cumin. Floral notes overlayed with some chocolate and subtle oak make this a very complex nose. On the palate, the wine is very well balanced with a soft mouthfeel and gentle but strong fruit weight all enhanced by a mineral acid line. All of the dark fruits weave together to finish with long soft tannins.
