Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This is a beautifully expressive wine. Inky, rich and herbal Cabernet melds with plummy, velvety, mouthfilling Merlot to create a really layered and complex wine you want to keep on sipping.

An iconic Australian blend and one of the most popular wines from Penfolds' Koonunga Hill range, this Shiraz Cabernet offers exceptional value. The wine is loaded with raspberry, mulberry and redcurrant are supported by a whisper of grainny tannins and well integrated oak backbone.

This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has lifted tropical fruit and passionfruit aromas that follow onto the palate, balanced by a refreshing crisp acidity.

This Cabernet Merlot, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has fresh dark berry fruit flavours balanced by soft tannins.

This Dolce displays aromas of fresh florals and strawberries which leads to a rich upfront palate of red berry fruits, balanced by silky smooth tannins.

Wolf Blass established his winery in 1966, crafting wines which epitomized quality, character, and consistency; a philosophy our winemakers continue today. Our Eaglehawk Cabernet Merlot has rich, ripe berry and chocolate flavours, and a soft, velvety finish. Enjoy at room temperature, best served with barbecued meats or casseroles.

Deep red color. The nose is complex with red fruits and figs, followed by aromas of blackcurrant. On the palate, the wine is round with soft tannins, displaying generous aromas of blueberry and blackberry. Well balanced, with a good persistence on the finish.

Bold aroma’s of blackcurrant fruit with black plum and woody spice. This has the hallmark of riper Cabernet wines, being bold in the beginning and bold to the end.
