An approachable and food friendly expression of the noble variety Cabernet Sauvignon, displaying classic dark berry fruit flavours and smooth tannins. This rich and full–bodied wine displays ripe blackcurrant, blueberry and blackberry fruit characters. Approachable, fine tannins and integrated oak provide structure and frame the wine perfectly. The finish is lengthy and refined.

This Cabernet Merlot shows dark berry fruit aromas that flow onto the palate along with plum fruit flavours and soft lingering tannins.

The Cleanskins CR01 Shiraz is a soft, voluptuous and well rounded Shiraz with its ripe fruit aromas and fine tannins that leave a soft, smooth finish on the palate.

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.
