Eden Mill Hop Gin

Isle of Harris Gin

Nestled high in Scotland's Outer Hebrides, the Isle of Harris Distillery welcomes all with a sense of adventure. They are known as 'The Social Distillery', an ethos which embraces the generous character of the island and the people who live there. The award-winning Isle of Harris Gin is the distillery's inaugural spirit release. Every drop is distilled in Tarbert in their small copper gin still, known affectionately as 'The Dottach' after a similarly fiery and feisty local woman. Made with 9 carefully chosen botanicals: Local hand-harvested Sugar Kelp, Macedonian Juniper Berries, English Coriander Seed, Cubebs / Javan Pepper, Bitter Orange Peel, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Liquorice On The NoseA well-defined juniper note with pine needles, immediately followed by the fresh citrus notes of bitter orange, lime and grapefruit. Sugar kelp adds to the complexity and richness and gives a dry maritime note. On The PalateRefreshing gin with good balance between the bitter juniper and pine and the sweet fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and orange. A green herb flavour has developed of crushed coriander. Distinctive and smooth with a dry, flinty taste. On The FinishOverall a long, clean finish. Hendrick's Neptunia Gin

Dive into the magic of the sea, with Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA – An extraordinary new gin from our Cabinet of Curiosities. Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA is based on Hendrick’s Gin with its signature foundation of rose and cucumber, but with an additional wave of flavour from an invigorating blend of sea kelp, coastal thyme and lime, which has that huge maritime story and history behind it. And all three of those come together, layered above our original Hendrick’s Gin recipe, to create a gin that has depth and an earthiness, but also has that fresh, herbaceous feeling which comes from the coastal thyme and the lime itself. Unmistakably Hendrick’s with an added infusion of locally sourced botanicals. Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA combines a smooth, citrus finish with a unique hint of the distant sea breeze. SERVING SUGGESTION: Mix with soda, simple syrup and a squeeze of lime, garnished cucumber sliced to create a Hendrick's Neptunia Fizz.

Caol Ila 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A gentler, more feminine and food friendly expression that Islay lovers should get to know. Despite being the largest distillery on Islay (in terms of production anyway), nearly all of Caol Ila's output ends up in blends, so much so that until 2002 when the 12-year-old was released, independent bottlings were the only recourse for malt hunters. The distillery's gently fruity-smoky style sets it apart and comes down to the production process: "...although it receives the same spec of malt as sister distillery Lagavulin, Caol Ila’s distillation regime – longer fermentation, higher cut point, taller stills, helps to reduce the heavy phenols." Tasting note: Pale straw colour with a subtle green blush. Aromas of soft, sweet peat - smoked trout, a hint of lanolin and some baked citrus. Rounded, pure and impeccably clean from start to finish, the palate offers semi-sweet smoky-fruity-oily flavours counterpointed by super fine tannins. Perfect balance. Finishes long with salt, smoked fish and light lanolin through the fade. A gentler, more feminine and food friendly expression that Islay lovers should get to know. 43%Alc./Vol.
