A deep purple with hues of red with an array of mulberries and spice on the nose. The palate is soft and mouth filling with texture, flavour and natural acidity in perfect balance. The pure, fruity quality of this wine, balanced by its savoury finish makes it the perfect match for poultry and meat dishes cooked in a sauce, rich tomato based dishes, especially pasta, grilled red meats and excellent too with pizza.

This vintage was co-fermented with 7.5% viognier to give the shiraz a more intensely perfumed bouquet and silkier texture. The palate has a wonderfully dry texture which gives a savoury character to the shiraz: dark plum, briary, brambly flavous and a fleshy, almost silky texture and a long, dry finish of considerable length.

A mouthfilling mix of black and red fruits; boysenberry, cherry, plum, attractive leafy notes, hints of tobacco, spice and black olive. “Fruit from a blend of vineyards in and around Wilyabrup. Matured for 18 months in French oak (25% new). Dark and resinous on the nose here, the palate shows really brilliant concentration of flavour. Voyager Estate Shiraz is deep red in colour with an explosive nose of oak blackberries and spice that is succeeded by a rich flavoursome palate and some chewy tannins. Will improve wonderfully with time.

Sourced from 100% Frankland River fruit, Flametree's Shiraz is a varietal of distinctiveness and a sense of place. A lovely nose of berry fruit leading to fruit driven palate of rich cherry, spice and liquorice tones with soft velvety tannins. A wonderful example of elegant, perfumed Shiraz.

Leeuwin's Art Label Shiraz has quickly established itself as one of Margaret River's best examples of the variety. Aromas of pepper and dark berry fruit are followed by a palate of length and class.

Margaret River Syrah is noteworthy because of its fragrance and attractiveness in its youth. Aromas of juicy black cherries and boysenberries with a grind of black pepper. The palate possesses a fine grained texture comprising of ripe tannin which adds to the structure and depth of the wine.White pepper, black cherries and an eastern mosaic of spices greet on the nose, brought to yield by a soft palate of fleshy tannin and coating red and black fruits.

Selected parcels of Shiraz and Viognier were co-fermented to produce Churchviews classic Shiraz. 14 months in French barriques and hogs heads has craftd a wine with red fruits, white pepper, with a bright floral overtones. Palate has fine tannins and a long finish.
