Yering Station, located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, is home to some of Australia's greatest Chardonnay. La Boheme Act One Opera Singer and Yarra Valley diva, Dame Nellie Melba, played the part if Mimi in 'La Boheme' based in the Latin Quarter of Paris in the 1800s. There were four acts in the opera, the last ending, as usual, in tragedy. Act 1 sets the scene for the characters; filtration, moonlight, impoverished artisans, working girls, embroidered flowers and of course, the anticipation of summer. This aromatic and cheeky Riesling with some interesting charcters of Pinot Girls and Gewitztraminer thrown in, conjures up a similar feel. Perfumed, textural, delicious.

Lindeman's Early Harvest Crisp Chardonnay is a medium bodied wine with lively acidity and aromas of tropical fruit salads with subtle spicy vanilla oak undertone on the palate. It contains less alcohol and less calories than regular Lindeman's wines, yet still delivers the same outstanding Lindeman's quality.

Annie's Lane from South Australia's Clare Valley produce a Chardonnay that has toasty nutty oak flavours that perfectly complement the rich melon, baked fig varietal characters of the grape in this soft, full-flavoured Chardonnay.
