Juicy and vibrant in flavour yet pale in colour, this wine displays fresh herbal notes and citrus fruits.

A ripe, fleshy quaffing Chardonnay. Bright straw colour with yellow green tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and crème brulee like aromas fill the nostrils with hints of toasty oak and butterscotch also present. Fleshy and ripe, the palate features peach and tropical fruit flavours over vanillin spice and traces of crème brulee. Balanced acidity with a nicely shaped finish. Drink over the next year. Alc. 13%

Wine will be bottled in a Burgandy bottle. The same as the sample Vermentino submitted .Product is being done shortly.

Taylors Discoveries Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant crimson red, with lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and a touch of herbaceous notes. A bouquet of subtle cedar characters from the oak maturation add complexity which works well with its medium body and gentle palate of juicy blackcurrant fruits. Silky smooth mouth feel and a lingering finish.
