Aqua Vitae: Raspberry Gin is our latest gin; a sweet yet refreshing mixture created with Tasmanian-grown raspberries. These ingredients combine to create a harmonious taste that is rich on the palate, bringing a sweet and sensuous experience with each sip. With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.

Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

The Gold winning The West Winds Sabre weighs in at 40% ABV and presents a traditional British style gin led by an undercurrent of citrus with a dominance of juniper, followed by the classic coriander seed. The addition of wattle seed adds a depth to the mid palate and introduces a creamy texture without the need for artificial additions. Perfect as a classic G&T with lemon to release the intricacies of this uniquely styled gin.

Happenstance Gin has bright citrus notes that jostle for attention with the juniper for a fresh, citrus-forward gin. On top of lemon, mandarin and lemon myrtle you'll get some spice from fennel and nutmeg, and the strawberry scented eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a sweet roundness.Designed as our go-to for a G&T, it pairs beautifully with a floral tonic and we love adding a fresh strawberry to lift the botanical sweetness.Awarded Gold in the Australian Gin Awards 2020.

Bright and fragrant, Fiesta Gin has a punch of juniper which is cut by the vivid perfume of kaffir lime and soft chamomile. This guys bringing Juniper, and lots of it! Weve done this by using Macedonian berries distilled on our very own Copper Pot Still, named Ron. Who better to compliment our Juniper than the delicate flavours of Strawberry and Mint, along with all the other usual suspects. Weve achieved this via new world techniques being a Rotary Evaporator, otherwise known as cold vacuum distillation. Boiled at 30 degrees my friends! Keeping all that fresh flavour in... You can look forward to being reminded of the strawberry Lip Smacker and mint flavoured Extra bubblegum of your first kiss, minus the sweaty palms and braces.

Savoury, savoury, savoury! We've really explored what the rotovap can do with our take on a modern gin. We've added habanero and sunflower seed to create a relationship between fruit and savoury. The drink gets a good whack of spice from cinnamon and bayleaf then a touch of sweetness from passionfruit all of which is cold distilled maintaining freshness and vigour. On the still juniper has been macerated, distilled and vapour infused for maximum flavour which compliments and provides the back bone for the rest of the drink.The Modern Classic with a good tonic and wedge of lemon is nothing but exciting. I can not wait for you to experience the pull between the sunflower seed and quinine, the cinnamon hit, citrus and perfectly balance juniper backbone we've so painstakingly balanced. Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
