This is a powerful, full flavoured and complex gin created using our very own grape spirit base, for drinkers of Gin with a little bit of a kick. Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Perfectly enjoyed in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Distilled by Brogan herself, Everyday Salvation Gin is her Australian twist on the classic dry gin we all know. Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion. The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Well, it's actually the world's smallest conifer, but let's not get too technical. The copious amounts of juniper give you the best thing about gin in spades. But juniper is a force that needs managing. A carefully selected bouquet of botanicals honours the brilliance of the juniper by complementing it, rather than overpowering it. Australian coriander provides a brighter citrus and less earthiness than its English or Indian counterparts. A predominate fresh lemon citrus influence with a touch of fresh lime and liquorice lifts it up over a root base of angelica and orris. Native pepperberry provides a balancing savoury element without the heavy menthol finish of traditional peppers. A hint of cinnamon the just the right amount of warmth.
