The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

Wandeing Distillery Signature Gin is a gin for all occasions with a juniper kick, citrus notes from lemon myrtle, coriander & orange peel balanced with rosemary & spice from cassia, angelica root & pepper. Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.

Jail House Gin is a spiced gin with szechuan pepper.A refreshing gin that works well with cucumber or granny smith green apple.

Copperwave distilled Gin follows the classic London Dry style. Made from certified organic spirit, and complex combination of botanicals and extracts, cardamon, coriander, juniper berries and nutmeg, together with virgin rainwater from the Hunter Valley, Australia.

The most recent addition to the Wandering Distillery gin line up Odyssey is a great representation of our journey so far. Conceived in Victoria, refined in Western Australia and launched amid the Covid pandemic its definitely taken an interesting path to get to this point. Featuring a beautiful balance of 9 botanicals including finger lime, lemon myrtle, hemp and rosemary Odyssey is a versatile gin that can be savoured neat or with your favourite tonic selection.

Every good journey deserves a moment of introspection or Naval Gazing and so it is that our Navy Strength Gin earnt its name. Its hard to believe that 57.6% abv can drink so well neat and is equally at home in cocktails, or with any tonic for a great G&T.
