Black cherries and a lovely layer of dark chocolate, which is followed by some spices such as a touch of black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. A pinch of ginger too. Finish - Sweet Mangos, Panna Cotta, Lemon Sponge Sweet Mangoes, creamy Panna Cotta, accented by orange peel, and lemon sponge cake. Hints of cacao and coffee beans linger in the finish.

Compass Box Whisky's The Peat Monster combines smoky and peaty single malts from the island of Islay and the Isle of Mull with rich, medium-peated Speyside whisky. The result is, as you would except, a peaty and smoky delight with rich citrus notes of liquorice and spicy, sweet complexity.
