Brothers Richard and Malcolm Leask started Hither & Yon in 2012. Interestingly each label depicts the ampersand from the name but with a different artist at work with every one. The team at Hither & Yon are inventive, quality focussed, and work with great trusted growers, and usually excels in interesting blends and rarer grapes, like this Chenin Blanc from the Breakneck Creek vineyard "on the eastern escarpment of McLaren Vale, tucked into the foothills and with stunning views of the Gulf St. Vincent and Mount Lofty ranges this is a brand new wine for Hither & Yon."

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.

Pale straw with a green hue. Lifted citrus and white peach aromas with hints of honey and subtle oak spice. The palate is rich yet balanced, showing stone fruit, lemon curd and a creamy texture, supported by fresh acidity and fine minerality. Finishes long and smooth with gentle oak influence.
