Fresh, bright and youthful - the nose is awash with attractive, fruit forward aromatics that cross the spectrum from rich pear to white peach. Fresh yet svelte, the palate sees that lifted green pear evolve onto a nashi pear, with golden delicious apple vibes. Bright, primary fruit sits front and centre, backed by lovely textural elements, notes of almond meal and herbaceous hints of tarragon. Throughout the palate there is a minerality that can only be described as groovy. The epic finish lingers like a classic 70’s guitar solo, a moreish encore in every sip.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation.
