Vanillin, nougat and toasted nut flavours with ripe peach and citrus fruit finishing with a soft jammy mouthfeel. The creamy buttery texture is perfectly balanced by luscious acidity and framed by skilfully selected oak. Pair with chicken and pork, creamy pasta, spicy seafood, Asian influenced dishes, and salads. Perfect for those Summer evenings & al fresco dinners.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and melon aromas mix with toasty vanillin oak and spice. Rich fleshy ripe peach, tropical fruit and melon flavours mix with dried honey and spicy vanillin oak characters.
