Since 1896 all Mortlach whiskies have been 2.81 distilled. Unlike with any other whisky, our spirit criss-crosses between six copper stills of completely different silhouettes 0.81 more times than is Scotch tradition. It is an exact science graced with a touch of magic from The Wee Witchie.The Wee Witchie is the smallest of our six stills. Since it was first forged more than 120 years ago we have fastidiously ensured every dent and detail remains unchanged because it is within this copper chamber that the specific richness of taste which has earned Mortlach the reputation as The Beast of Dufftown is created. We dedicate this 12 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky to the still that bears the beast. It has been double cask matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctively rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whiskies legendary.

Shinobu Whisky is hand crafted by the creative distiller, Mr. Usami, by carefully selecting whisky from around the world which are first reserved in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and then finishing them with precious Japanese Mizunara oak in Japan. Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

One by one, The Last Great Malts of Scotland will leave their distillery gates. Deemed the bad boy of Speyside, Craigellachie is an unapologetically unique and challenging Single Malt. This is a complex dram, packed with flavour and texture. 13 Years Old, from an 1891 distillery. Bottled at a punchy 46% ABV. A stubborn, sulphurous single malt, condensed in rusted worm tubs on an inhospitable rocky bluff.

Miyagikyo Single Malt is described as soft and fruity. Using less peaty malt, this whisky is distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam at a low temperature. Miyagikyo Single Malt has an elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong Sherry cask influence.

After its usual aging process in American oak casks, this Talisker whisky undergoes a second maturation which makes The Distillers Edition unique with the flavour profile being older, sweeter and richer than the regular bottling's. On the palate, crisp peat then softens to great richness in the mouth. Sweet, roasty malt with heathery dryness and a luscious, slightly oily sweetness with juicy fruit and vanilla.
