George's Gin is made up of 11 botanicals including Australian native fingerlimes prducing fresh aromas of juniper with lifted lime/lemon notes and complex anise characters. This is a light bodied gin with brisk piney juniper, lime peel, anise and pepper flavours giving lots of layers, finishing off with a zesty hit of lime aftertaste.
