Our Merlot is full of fruit flavours, yet a smooth and soft wine. With a deep purple colour, it has a nose of sweet plum and vanilla. It displays a rich spectrum of plum and spiced berries fruits and a lingering finish of warm spices.

Made from Merlot this wine has been carefully liquered and disgorged after 5 years to produce an opulent sparkling with complexity and a fine bead.

An outstanding expression of Canberran Sangiovese, this wine is charming and has lots of spicy red berries- juicy cherry, a little peppered strawberry with some herbs and violets.

In the cool autumn weather, the Viognier grapes hang on the vine, like golden treasure. Picked late, when all signs of the frenetic buzz of vintage have faded, the golden fruit is brought into the winery. Great care and calculation are needed to turn these previous berries into a beautiful and alluring wine with delicate sweet complexity.
