The Cat Amongst The Pigeons Fat Cat range delivers outstanding quality with big, rich quintessential Barossa flavours that live up to its name. The Fat Cat Barossa Tawny has been carefully matured in seasoned oak barrels and expertly blended from specially selected parcels to craft a fortified wine of rich caramel and raisin characters, balanced by a lively freshness with hints of orange zest.

Aromas of plum and dark berry fruits with hints of spice, mataro earthiness, licorice and dark chocolate. Flavours of spice and bright red fruits, some savoury earthiness, plum and rich black fruit with oak complexity.

Minimal oak treatment. Pear drops, stone fruit. Pear juice, textural, linear acidity.

The Fat Cat Shiraz has grown into a rich, velvety expression of Barossa power with added depth and finesse. The intense plum and blackberry flavours have softened slightly, now unfolding with layers of dark chocolate, spice, and a touch of savoury earth. The bold fruit is still very much present but now more integrated, balanced by smooth tannins and a long, warming finish. A luxurious and mature Barossa Shiraz that continues to impress with age.

This parcel was carefully selected by winemaker, Richard Quodling, for its inimitable quality. True to its name, Richard describes this wine as 'the ultimate Barossa Grenache'. It offers intense, rich flavours of raspberry and red cherry, spice notes and toasty oak.

Nine Lives Stone Wall Shiraz 2021 is deep purple in hue with aromas of dark fruits, plum, blackberry, and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg spice. The palate leads with generous flavours of blackberry and satsuma plum, alongside spice, toasty oak and graphite. The palate is framed by fine silky tannins and persistent fruit length.

Ripe red fruit on the nose with spice and rich berry fruit flavours on the palate.

The Cat Amoungst the Pigeons Chardonnay has a white peach, nectarine and melon fruit taste with a subtle oak, crisp acid line.

Blended from carefully selected parcels, this Tawny exhibits a bright medium tawny red colour with alluring aromas of caramel and lifted spice. Crafted in a fresh style, the palate is clean and lively with the benefit of aged characters and complexity through time spent maturing in a combination of seasoned French and American oak barrels.
