This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. A refreshing backbone of natural grape acidity provides further structure and length.

This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.

This Deep Wood wine displays ripe berries and cassis aromas with distinctive cedary oak and crush mint leave. On the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, unfolds in the complex layers of red fruit with black olive nuances further enhanced by subtle savoury oak. The fine tannins gives it a great lengthy finish. A wine, which will be enjoyable now over dinner with family and friends. A unique expression of the Margaret River, Deep Woods Hillside Cabernet Merlot exhibits aromas of cassis and dried herbs. The palate is a rich mixture of red and black berries and is medium bodied with elegant silky tannins. Great length with a touch of sweet spice and dark chocolate notes.

The Deep Woods Estate Hillside Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can be enjoyed on release but will find further complexity over the next two to three years. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit and the aroma of nectarine, ripe citrus and white blossom.

Inky dark red/purple in colour. The nose is redolent with rich plums, dark fruits and warm spices, layered and complex. The palate is plush and generous and exhibits amazing length with detailed tannin structure. This super fine structure frames mulberry and blackberry fruits that cascade across the palate with wonderful exuberance and persistence.
