Meursault Genevrières Cuvée de l'Ipomée Meursault Genevrières Cuvée de l'Ipomée is a pale lemon and lime in colour, unveiling a fresh lightness on the nose with a touch of zesty citrus and pear aromatics. The palate displays white ripe fruit with a clean acidity cutting a line neatly throughout. This is a pure wine with an attractive length.

Meursault Perrières Cuvée de I'Hellébore Meursault Perrières Cuvée de l'Hellébore displays a reserved but beautifully layered nose combining notes of white florals, pear, citrus peel, and apple. The intense yet fresh flavours on the palate are awash with vivacity and minerality while delivering a superb high-octane length. This is poised for the long term.

A blend of fruit from propitiously situated plots, sourced from six different growers, across the largest of all of Burgundys Grand Crus. Intentionally, some are prime real estate, directly behind the château; others, on the lower ebbs of the vineyard. Ponsot sees this as a balancing act. A wine that will only grow in stature with extended patience.

Laurent Ponsot SAS is the largest producer of this appellation, which the company works over one hectare, as well as buying grapes from other producers. An extremely rare wine and the pride of its makers.

This red wine of the Bourgogne appellation is cherry red in colour with deep ruby reflections. A fresh, fruity and lively wine to serve as an aperitif, accompanied by a mixed platter of cold meats and cheeses, a gourmet salad and a warm slice of toast with your own choice of topping.

This Chambertin is captivating from the get-go, showcasing the full range of fruit: blackberry, and pomegranate, accented by notes of smoke and spice. The palate is tautly muscular and refined with big-bodied flavours, mineral depth and quite a firm finish.

Bonnes Mares Cuvée de l'Amandier is expressive with lush notes of ripe red and black berry fruit, earthy red and black cherry and spice. The medium-weight flavours possess an elegant and balanced mouthfeel, displaying excellent intensity on the persistent finish.
