After cellaring, this contemporary Barossa Shiraz has evolved with grace, gaining complexity while retaining its signature freshness. The cooler Eden Valley fruit still shines, now offering more developed aromatics—dried florals, subtle spice and lifted red fruits. Time in bottle has further softened the palate, allowing the gentle vanilla and chocolate notes from older oak to meld beautifully with the wine’s savoury undertones. The finish remains silky, with a refined vibrancy that lingers. A wonderfully matured Shiraz—perfect now with a hearty beef and mushroom pie.
