Vibrant strawberry and cranberry fruits pop out of the glass, The longer than usual ripening period provided softer tannins than we are used to seeing with this variety making this very approachable. The palate is fruit forward laced with freshly picked strawberries, orange peel and white flowers. A very enjoyable red for any occasion! Pair with Duck Breast and Mushroom Risotto!

After cellaring, this contemporary Barossa Shiraz has evolved with grace, gaining complexity while retaining its signature freshness. The cooler Eden Valley fruit still shines, now offering more developed aromatics—dried florals, subtle spice and lifted red fruits. Time in bottle has further softened the palate, allowing the gentle vanilla and chocolate notes from older oak to meld beautifully with the wine’s savoury undertones. The finish remains silky, with a refined vibrancy that lingers. A wonderfully matured Shiraz—perfect now with a hearty beef and mushroom pie.
