True to the original liqueur created in Saumur in the mid 1800s using peels of the bitter curaao orange and other citrus fruits, this is a far cry from the generic, artificially flavoured, triple secs out there.

The fresh thyme is directly macerated in the finest alcohol and then distilled. A simple addition of sugar and colouring is all that’s needed to complete this Liqueur, perfectly reproducing the signature taste and smell of this herb. Ivy Mix Thyme Cocktail Recipe: 45mL Rum. 22mL Verjus. 15mL Raspberry Brandy. 7mL Thyme Garden Party Liqueur. 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup. Dash Peychauds. Dash Absinthe. Stir, serve on the rocks, thyme sprig.
