This Tawny, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, provides aged characters of spiced red fruit along with lifted aromas of toffee and caramel.

This Apera is medium to full bodied, with cinnamon, walnuts, maple syrup and prominent home-made toffee flavours. The finish is balanced with some sweetness but has clean measured acid and some old oak barrel age to keep it bright.
