Post maturation in a combination of stainless steel and French hogsheads, this delicious Shiraz flaunts a dark purple colour accompanied by a crimson haze. A swirl of the glass presents mesmerising plum and blackberry aromas. The medium bodied palate is rife with dark berry flavours, supported by savoury notes and fine tannins. These enticing flavours and fragrances harmoniously culminate the wine in a juicy, smooth and vibrant finish. It serves best with meat pie, Aussie beef burger and chocolate pavlova.

The fruit used to produce Moppity Estate Chardonnay was handpicked from the estates vineyard. The free run juice was transferred to barrel and then fermented in French barriques. The resulting wine shows a pale yellow colour with bright tints. The fragrant bouquet exhibits mesmerising aromas of lemon zest, vanilla, white stone fruit and flint. The elegant palate is rife with fig, citrus and nutty flavours, coupled with toasty French oak nuances. These vibrant characters fuse together to provide a spicy and lingering finish. This delicious Chardonnay tastes great with spicy Thai food and seafood preparations.
