Fragrant nashi pear and lemon peel with subtle white floral aromas. Zesty citrus, green apple and nashi pear flavours are complemented by fine texture and fresh acidity, leading to a crisp dry finish.

Pale straw with glints of green-lemon, the appearance signals bright freshness. On the nose, vibrant aromas of freshly cut grass, lime zest and subtle green pea lead into lively herbal undertones. The palate is crisp and clean, offering tangy citrus and green apple flavours supported by a brisk acidity and a refreshing mineral finish.

It has aromatic primary fruit aromas of blood plums and blackcurrants are accompanied by just a hint of violet flowers, soft creamy fresh vanilla bean, dark chocolate and mocha notes and a fleeting, wafting subtle glimpse of oak spice.

French (naturellement), and hand selected Chardonnay grapes for their classic sparkling style and the perfect balance of citrus acidity and white nectarine flavours. Then we added some fizz and undertones of brioche via some bottle conditioning (fermentation in the bottle). And because we picked the fruit early to accentuate the freshness and vibrancy of its flavours, we finessed the edges with a dash of residual sugar to create that perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.

Vibrant and fragrant, with red cherry, cranberry and wild strawberry aromas complemented by subtle herbs and spice. The palate is juicy and supple, with bright acidity, fine tannins and savoury red-fruit flavours leading to a fresh, elegant finish.

Grown on our Duck Hollow vineyard in Pokolbin, this is a bright, modern take on a classic — medium-bodied, fruit-forward, and made to impress. Expect juicy stone fruit, a splash of tropical sunshine, and a subtle creamy texture that glides into a moreish cashew finish. Fresh, polished, and quietly confident — it’s a Chardonnay for today. Still fabulous. Just a little more refined.
