Delicate pale lemon colour with a hint of green and bursts from the glass with intense rose‑petal, lychee and musk‑stick aromas, underscored by subtle cinnamon and green‑melon lift. On the palate it’s crisply dry yet softly textured, combining talc‑like phenolics with rose‑petal florals and a precise, linear mineral‑tinged finish.

Our medium bodied Dragonfly Cabernet Sauvignon is an expression of the deep dark fruit characters we attain from the Ferguson Valley region, rich and smooth with lashings of chocolate. Winemaking technique enhances the aromatic and flavour profile of the varieties whilst maintaining a long fine tannin structure. Aromatic blackberry fruit, anise, ripe black plums, and bay leaf aromas. Vibrant Mulberry and blackberry fruits, intense flavour with silky long tannin balanced by fine French oak.

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pear and honeysuckle aromas combine with red apple skin and hints of quince. Juicy pear, apple skin and quince flavours have a fleshy feel over a back drop of delicate musk. Brisk acidity with a nicely shaped mid length finish.

Vibrant ruby red. Intense and alluring perfume of raspberry coulis, black pastille, juniper, red cherry and violets. Fruit forward yet complex with further layers and personality revealing itself over time. Expansive palate of bright berry fruit covering blue, black and red spectrums. Sarsaparilla and subtle creamy malt support the fruit line with fine talc like tannins building in length. The natural acidity has a salivating moreish quality, leaving the palate crisp, clean and ready for more.

Distinctive and intriguing, the nose captivates with its varietal rustic charm. Fresh beetroot juice, fragrant lemon thyme, blood plum and floral flecks fill the glass, evolving and opening further with time. A rich core of dark savoury fruit provides depth and intensity. The core of blood plum and purple fig is complexed with earthy warm spice and subtle savoury oak. The tannins build and grow, providing a robust frame and depth to the palate. A wine that will uncoil with time to show more complexity and character to those who are patient enough to wait.

Deep and bright with a youthful purple hue. The nose shows lifted raspberry, violet flower, blueberry, dark chocolate and a hint of cherry oak. The palate is abundant with pretty, bright and fresh blue fruits, a rich middle palate with ripe plum and dark cherries. A supple tannin structure throughout gives an excellent backbone to this food-friendly style of Barossa Shiraz, rounded out with a long juicy finish, beckoning for another glass!
