Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a Coonawarra Cabernet that always looks classy. Big rich cassis, blackberry and raspberry fruit ripple with an appealing suggestion of leafiness. The very best oak is always used for Parker's wines and that is evident again with fine integrated influence of French oak that delivers a balanced cedar and cigar box finish.

Forty percent fermented in new French oak with partial malolactic fermentation and aged for 4 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine, grapefruit and delicate dried honey aromas are trailed by gun flint end notes. Round, creamy textured and nicely concentrated, mouth filling flavours of ripe peach, nectarine and dried honey wrap themselves around the palate. Traces of biscuity nougat and spice lie underneath. Good balanced freshness with a long, enveloping finish. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 13%
