Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon
Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a Coonawarra Cabernet that always looks classy. Big rich cassis, blackberry and raspberry fruit ripple with an appealing suggestion of leafiness. The very best oak is always used for Parker's wines and that is evident again with fine integrated influence of French oak that delivers a balanced cedar and cigar box finish.
Parker Estate Cool Climate Cabernet Sauvignon
Parker Estate has always known how to do Coonawarra Cabernet right, but this one just nails that sweet spot between quality and value. It’s proper Cabernet – cool-climate fruit, good bones, and a bit of polish – but without the price tag that usually comes with it. Made from the cooler southern patches of the region, it’s got all the freshness and lift you want in a modern Cab. Think dark fruit, a little leafy crunch, and just enough grip to keep it interesting. There's some classy French oak in the mix too, but it doesn’t overplay its hand – it’s more about letting the fruit do the talking. Honestly, for the money, it’s hard to think of a better intro to serious Cabernet. It’s got enough structure to cellar for a bit, but it’s also totally ready to go now with a steak or just a good Friday night. 92 points"Dark maroon with notes of blackfruits, plums, cedar and chocolate, this Cabernet shows deceptive grip and structure, making it a terrific value wine with strong aging potential."- Ken Gargett (Wine Pilot)
