An ode to Australia’s most beloved style, it’s refreshing and uncomplicated. In other words, a beer that all your mates can get around What’s more, it bears the South Coast name – words (much like Pirate Life) denoting quality, consistency, and drinkability. By featuring them, we’re helping to premiumise the lager landscape…one tasty tin at a time. As for the liquid itself, expect light malty notes, hints of citrus, and a clean, dry finish. You beauty.

Our stout has sturdy base, which comes courtesy of pale, crystal and roasted malts. International hop varieties lend bitterness and a lick of spice, while brown sugar adds notes of molasses and caramel. It pours coffee black, with a nutbrown collar. Expect aromas of espresso, dried fruit and freshly ground cacao. To drink, it’s full and silky, with mild roasty notes and a sweetness that lingers politely on the palate…'cause sometimes only a stout will do.

Wheat, malted barley, and oats give it a full body and luminous yellow hue. As you might expect, hops are front row centre, with US strains supplying a myriad of fruity characters. A sturdy head gifts aromas of pineapple & mandarin. To drink, it’s full and fresh, showing tropical fruits, moderate bitterness, and a lick of resinous pine.

The latest collaboration beer between Pirate Life and Mountain Culture has landed. A tasty blend of both breweries' signature styles, this bold Imperial IPA hits with bucketloads of hoppy charm. The beer pours golden and sunny with a thick head of foam. You'll score aromas of citrus, passionfruit and pine. To drink it's full and fresh, with well-integrated bitterness, and a hint of malt sweetness.
