Crafted with hand-picked fruit from grey gravelly loams over clay, the 2020 vintage is wild-fermented and matured in French oak (20% new), delivering a pale straw hue with green tinges. The nose offers vibrant notes of lemon curd, white peach, and flint, with hints of nougat and spice.
