Woodstock

Vintage Fortified Cabernet Sauvignon

Woodstock has a proud tradition of after-dinner wines dating back to the 1950’s when Doug Collett started his winemaking career. His son Scott Collett keeps the fine old “Ports” maturing in Doug’s original barrels and also occasionally makes single vintage fortified styles, such as this.

Woodstock Bourbon & Cola

Woodstocks premium blend of bourbon, matched with a refreshing cola.

Coast & Creek Botrytis

Winter rains refresh the vineyards and flow down Creeks to the Coasts. Spring starts the vine shoots growing, then their flowers set to become berries. Bright South Australian summer sun ripens grapes under clear blue skies. Harvest and winemaking comes in Autumn before pruning and the cycle starts again. The pristine Coasts and clean Creeks of Langhorne Creek & McLaren Vale are an important part of our sustainable winemaking.

Old Fortified

“Fortified” is an alternative name for a “Port” style wine. Woodstock Old Fortified has an average age of about 13 years. Wine industry pioneer and Woodstock’s founding father, Doug Collett made McLaren Vale Grenache and Shiraz fortifieds in the 1960’s and 1970’s. He aged them in old Brandy barrels for future generations. Today, his son Scott Collett, continues the fortified tradition at Woodstock with this fine example of an Australian style ‘Tawny Port’.

Muscat

With a sweet tooth, and a passion for capturing grape flavours, winemaker Scott Collett started fortifying sweet Muscat styles in 1984. Scott would crush almost raisined, highly aromatic grapes of Muscat and Frontignac varieties to end the vintage after all the other wines were made.
