The process water is drawn from the springs in the Snow Mountain and Central Mountains imparting a smooth and creamy mouth feel to the whisky. Madeira is a rich fortified wine made on the Portuguese Madeira Islands, where the wine is aged and oxidized through heat. KAVALAN SOLIST EX BOURBON AUSTRALIAN EXCLUSIVE STRENGTH TAIWANESE SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Kavalan Solist ex-Bourbon is a delightfully complex, multi-dimensional single malt whisky, with vanilla, fruit and coconut highlights. Matured in hand selected fresh American ex-Bourbon casks, the whisky is available at cask strength and non chill-filtered hence it retains a fuller flavour of a natural single malt whisky. KAVALAN 40TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION KING CAR GROUP SINGLE WHISKY

Kavalan take pride not just in producing whisky but also creating an experience. This single cask whisky has been created to celebrate a milestone by their owners King Car. Aged in 'Highly Exclusive" red wine casks this limited edition signifies 40 years of the King Car Company. Master blender Ian Chang said: “It’s been aged in a very rare red wine cask whose majesty transfers to a richly intense whisky, delivering very distinct berry flavours and luxuriant toffee.” King Car Group CEO YT Lee said: “I am honoured to be part of the journey first begun by my father four decades ago. King Car has always strived hard to deliver the finest quality – a pursuit that defines our character – and this insistence on excellence will continue into the future.” Matured in a single red wine cask and bottled at 56.3% abv with only, well we don'y know how many bottles will be released to the general public. Presented in a 1500ml heavy glass decanter bottle with leather and wooden presentation box and stunning whisky glass. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Open the bottle and you get a burst of dark fruits and toffee. Burnt spun sugar, cantaloupe melon, some herbal notes of oregano and thyme. Polished mahogany leads to strawberries and poached plums with charred oak. Simply stunning. Palate: Incredibly smooth and delicious. Icing sugar, vanilla toffee creams, melon and grapefruits. More of the barrel char balances with summer berries and creamy toffee. Finish: Cabernet Sauvignon, silky and smooth, long and luxurious with balanced oak.

Kavalan Triple Sherry Matured Single Malt Whisky

Launched in 2021, this expression is a rare fusion of three sherry casks—Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel—crafted with mineral-rich Snow Mountain water. Bottled at 40% ABV after a minimum of 4 years of aging, it presents a deep scarlet hue. The nose bursts with ripe berries, dried fruits, and grapes, layered with chocolate brownie, toffee, and hints of cinnamon, clover, and rosemary. The palate dances with candied fruit, caramel, and honey sweetness, revealing notes of dates, sweet rum candy, and blood orange, finishing warm and smooth with a mellow texture. Flying Colour Whisky Plum Wine

It is a local tradition to blend Taiwanese Whisky with fermented Meizi plum wine These two blends are both blends from ripen Meizi plum wine and Taiwanese Grain Whisky; one with 13.0% alcohol, the other with 21.8% alcohol As spirit is much lighter in texture than puree fermented wine,blending takes place in high pressured tank. Fruit flavours and acidity from plum wine reaches harmony with spice and warm vanilla flavours from whisky.
