Oyster Bay Pinot Noir is surprisingly a serious complex Pinot. Intense cherry and gamey, earthy notes are enhanced with quality French oak and the finish is spicy savoury and long. Terrific value.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Rosé is a delicious combination of the elegant and zesty Chardonnay fruit which brings finesse, and the fragrant rich Pinot Noir which gives soft red berry fruit characters to the wine. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay is a reflection of its sunny origin, expressing intense aromas of peaches, nectarines, aromatic herbs and biscuit. A light entry of stone fruit becomes a slippery mid-palate that re-focuses to an aromatic and mineral finish.

The fruit is 100% destemmed then aged in 30% new oak. Novum use small parcels of fruit from specially selected sites on established Marlborough vineyards to craft the best wines and expressions of terroir possible. Their first vintage arrived in 2016.
