Yarra Burn YB Prosecco
This is fruity and upfront Prosecco with aromas of pear and white peach layered over a floral, zippy, refreshing palate. Delicious with spicy Asian food or blend with fresh peaches for a Bellini. Produced by Yarra Burn the house of Australia's most awarded sparkling winemaker, Ed Carr.
Pepperjack Cabernet Sauvignon
Some great Barossa Cabernets have come out of the Saltram winery over the years and this multi award winning wine continues in that tradition. Enjoy the Peperjack Cabernet Sauvignon's rich berry fruit and chocolately regional character.
Pepperjack Sangiovese
A medley of dark red cherry, cranberry and ripe raspberries, warm spice and hints of mocha. The palate is rich and structured showing, bright fruits with silky and plush tannins which give length and finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour.

Pepperjack Grenache Rose
This pale pink Rosé has aromas of Fresh Strawberries with hints of juicy red cherries. Fresh juicy fruits continue on the palate with a hint of fresh cream.There is a lovely phenolic and acid balance that adds tension and mouthfeel giving the refreshing fruit flavours length.
Pepperjack Tempranillo
This wine displays aromas of plums with hints of fruit and red liquorice. The palate is rich and savory with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also improve with careful cellaring.
Pepperjack Mid Strength Shiraz
Bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this Mid Strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. BUT, is 50% lighter in alcohol than a standard Pepperjack Shiraz.
Petillant Naturel
Winemaking - The fruit for this wine was picked early to retainnatural acidity and freshness. It was fermentedto dryness in a stainless vessel, then leftunsulphured for a couple months in a mix of stainless and old barrels. Finally, right beforebottling, grape must was addedto the wine tothe desired sugar level. The wine was bottledunfined and unfiltered and left to complete asecondary fermentation in bottle.
Limited Release Shiraz Viognier
Fruity and rich with a velvety mouthfeel and lingering finish.
