Maison Saint AIX Beach Chair
At the Maison Saint Aix estate, located high up in the hills just north of Aix-en-Provence, you'll discover a world dedicated to capturing the essence of the iconic terroir in a single premium rosé. This is a wine made for those who truly appreciate both the art of winemaking and the beauty of life itself. The Provence region offers the ideal growing conditions for the Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes, which are the classic blend used to create AIX Rosé. With mineral-rich soils, 300 days of sun per year, and the cooling Mistral winds, these vineyards thrive in this picturesque setting. Maison Saint Aix is not only one of the largest domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, but it is also one of the highest, sitting 420m above sea level. This elevation provides cooler nights and a greater Mistral effect, which helps dry the vines on dewy mornings, resulting in even better fruit. Over the past decade, the estate has undergone a complete transformation, with state-of-the-art equipment and modern winemaking techniques. From temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to pneumatic presses and next-generation harvesting machinery, every step is taken to ensure the production of the highest quality rosé that only Provence can offer. The domaine's 50-60 year old Grenache vines guarantee the highest quality juice, while the fruit from the younger vines brings a refreshing element to the blend. To maintain the harmony of the land, a busy replanting schedule is in place, replacing up to 4 hectares of vines each year with new ones. In early September, the vineyards come alive with a whirlwind of activity from the break of dawn until noon. This dedicated effort guarantees the grapes' utmost freshness, the preservation of their delicate aromas and minimizes the risk of oxidation. It is through this meticulous process that AIX acquires its distinctive colour, delicate aromas, gentle acidity and impressive length. The symbol of the vines reaching towards the sky beautifully captures the enchantment of the land and the camaraderie of those who cherish it. It serves as a poignant reminder of the carefree days spent together under the warm sun and the abundance of shared meals, cherished moments and unforgettable memories that lie ahead. For Maison Saint Aix, this symbol is a daily affirmation of the simplicity and joy that life can offer when we choose not to complicate it. It is with immense pride that they prominently display this symbol on every bottle of their rosé, a privilege they are honoured to share. Introducing the Maison Saint Aix Beach Chair - the ultimate companion for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, whether basking in the sun at the beach or enjoying the serenity of their own backyard. Domaines Ott Clos Mireille Coeur de Grain Rose
Pale, salmon pink with coral tints. The expressive and complex nose reveals a mosaic of aromas, from white peach and candied melon to hawthorn blossom. The fresh, energetic attack offers notes of white currant and lime. The wine's lovely, velvety texture coats the palate with succulent fruity flavours and is built with remarkable precision and finesse. Grenache 70%, Cinsault 14%, Syrah 7%, Rolle 9% In 1896 Marcel Ott of Alsace found an estate which inspired him, Château de Selle in Tarandeau, Provence, where once olives, lavender and mulberries grew. Enjoying a unique microclimate, the wines are delicate and elegant with great depth. In the 1930s, Marcel Ott fell in love with the very old Clos Mireille, overlooking the sea at La Londe Les Maures, near Brégançon. The vines soon started producing distinctive yet subtle wines. Château Romassan in Bandol was acquired by the Ott family in 1956 and following years of terracing and replanting, produces robust, harmonious and long lived wines. Cur de Grain represents wine-making genius, and today the distinctive bottle evokes the memory of the elegant amphora of centuries past. Today, 120 years later, cousins Jean-François and Christian Ott dedicate their lives to their ancestors love for Provence. In 2004, Domaines Ott* joined Louis Roederer and its fabulous selection of wine craftsmen.

Winemaking involves direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and concrete. The wine is aged for several weeks on fine lees. Maker: Château d’Estoublon is one of France’s most remarkable estates, recently launching Roseblood d’Estoublon, the most dynamic luxury rosé on the market. Roseblood reflects a legacy of excellence, a commitment to the enchanting Provençal landscape, and the vision of its exceptional team. Founded in 1489, Château d’Estoublon is already renowned for its award-winning olive oil (Best in the World 2022 and 2023) and is one of just 93 members of the French committee of leading luxury brands alongside Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. Roseblood is a unique rosé that embodies the rich history and cultural significance of its estate, infused with the passion of its surroundings and its owners, epitomising the Art of Living in Provence. Philosophy: In the heart of Coteaux Varois en Provence, Roseblood’s vineyards sprawl across hillsides at elevations of 1,100-1,600 feet. The vines thrive in a mild continental climate, where gentle autumns and springs alternate with occasionally torrid summers and colder winters compared to the rest of the region. The region’s red earth soils, complemented by pockets of flint and gravel, impart a harmonious blend of expression, freshness, balance and roundness to the wines. In this blend of four emblematic Provençal grape varietals, each plays a distinctive role: Grenache contributes roundness, delicacy, and subtle aromas, while Syrah adds power and colour. Cinsault, known for finesse and fruity notes, gently balances the strength provided by Grenache and Syrah. Rolle, the iconic white grape of Provence, introduces a touch of tension, freshness, and floral notes to complete this well-balanced blend.
