Mercury Hard Cider Blackcurrant Can

Cascade Origin Premium Source Lager

The radiant golden hue of this beer is complemented by a dense white foam that leaves intricate lacing along the glass with every sip. An inviting aroma of light citrus hops mingled with delicate fruity esters makes way for a rounded malt body accentuating the vibrant citrus hop notes. The subtle sweetness of the malt is perfectly offset by a crisp, clean bitterness, culminating a subtly lingering hop essence that leaves a lasting impression on the palate. Best served cold. Our story begins at the summit of Kunanyi · Mt Wellington. Brewed exclusively with the crisp waters from the mountain, Cascade Origin is a premium sourced lager, incorporating Tasmania’s cool climate hops and locally malted barley. This beer has been expertly crafted to form the finest bright golden lager, with a refreshing clean finish. Cascade Origin. Beer at its peak.

Ironhouse Brewery Little Beach XPA

A beer made for summer? XPA full of pilsner & vienna malts and a touch of oats? Hopped out with a tasty regime of citra & amarillo hops? Done! Little beach xpa “An xpa (extra pale ale) that falls more on the ipa side of things than the pale's of the world, this little brew was so named after little beach itself, which is located just 6km south of ironhouse point, with a continuous sloping rocky shoreline in between. The beach lies in a small valley at the mouth of little beach creek, which is usually blocked to form a small lagoon. the beach is 200 m long, faces east and is bordered by sloping granite points backed by cleared farmland. waves average over 1m and usually maintain a permanent rip against the southern rocks. there are occasionally good surf breaks over the rocks at each end of the beach. The beach and small backing valley are part of the little beach coastal reserve, with a camping area well known to tasmanian's. it’s quite literally a little piece of paradise.” - cheers, ironhouse brew master, briggsy

Ironhouse Brewery Raspberry Gose & Sea Salt

Meet Anything Gose Pronounced as “go-zuh” Our Raspberry Sour Salty session brew A traditional “old school” style that dates back to the year 1000 (That’s really really, really old school btw) but it wasn’t until the 1700s that the style really kicked off in its traditional home country of, you guessed it, Germany. It’s usually created using wheat, coriander, and salt. Brewed by Ironhouse using European Pils & Vienna malt with a touch of Perle Hops, and top-fermenting sour yeasts, we added fresh Tasmanian raspberries from just down the road (We taste-tested them thoroughly first of course) and then added the final ingredient, most important to the style…. Salt But where did we get the salt from, you ask? Straight out of the ocean, right off the front of the brewery! Yep, this little tasty tipple has a little bit of the Tasman Sea in it! The perfect amount of ocean salt-to-water ratio has brought a beautiful balance of salty sweet and sour, to the palate. It’s bloody lovely, cracking in fact. A fantabulous, refreshingly sterling and top-shelf stuff, even if we do say so ourselves ABV - 4% Nose – Raspberries and Ocean Salt Taste – Light Raspberry Lemon Sour Sea Salt Slight herby notes Mouthfeel – Light and Crisp Sour tartness.

Mercury Hard Cider Crushed Raspberry

This raspberry infused cider delivers big juicy apple and berry notes. The blush pink colour is the perfect complement to the inviting aroma and taste. A subtle sweetness on the palate is balanced with tartness from crushed berries; creating a slightly lingering clean finish.
