With this wine, we considered it mission accomplished! Vanilla, nougat and exotic spices on the nose, followed by a palate bursting with lychee, truffle and cinnamon flavours, this is a complex, elegant wine. Australian sparkling has come a long way in the past decade, but this is a wine that really excites us.

Voted World's Best Vodka at the 2018 World Vodka Awards. Produced in batches as small as fifteen bottles at a time, this super smooth vodka is created from the discarded whey left over from the cheese-making process. It undergoes two complex fermentations before the liquid is distilled.
