Cirillo Barossa Single Vineyard Shiraz
The Cirillo Shiraz is made with grapes sourced solely from the vineyards grown on the estate. With open fermentation, natural yeast , basket pressed and then matured in seasoned French and American oak for 10 months. The colour is dark, ink-like in appearance. Aromas of cocoa, mint and blackcurrant. The palate displays hints of cherry, spice and spearmint. Soft and delicate on the palate, typical of shiraz from this region. It carries mid-palate weight, with a lengthy finish that lingers in the mouth for some time. This wine can be enjoyed now or over the next decade or two.

Cirillo The Vincent Grenache
Marco Cirillo, the guru of Grenache. A true artisan, Marco is the custodian of some of oldest Grenache vines in the world and remarkably he tends to each of the old, gnarly bush vines by hand, some standing 6-feet tall! The resulting Grenache that makes The Vincent has beautiful, fine grained tannin along with fruit that is remarkably vibrant and appealing to the palate.

MICHELE CHIARLO NIVOLE MOSCATO
“The Moscato is the best dessert wine in the world… and Nivole is constantly the best” - the late Michael Broadbent, Director of Christie’s and Master of Wine. Hand-harvested from select Moscato Bianco vineyards in the Piedmont DOCG, typically with white, sandy soils of maritime origin. The grapes are pressed long and slow, with the juice fermented at low temperatures to capture the variety's typical musky perfume, with fermentation stopped at 5% abv. The carbon dioxide produced during fermentation is retained to give this wine its typical frizzante style. Beautifully aromatic, with floral notes of roses, ripe peach, apricot and mango. Fresh and lively on the palate, with well-balanced summer fruit flavours, zingy acidity, refreshing bubbles and luscious sweetness. So perfumed and extremely drinkable.
