The classic Margaret River blend. Pale green in colour, with aromas of succulent Sauvignon Blanc and grassy Semillon. The palate is flint-dry with an initial impact of sweet racy fruit and a fine and lengthy finish.

Sauvignon Blanc 60%, Semillon 30% Amelia Park is a boutique producer located in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. This award confirms Amelia Park on the list of the Best Wineries in the Margaret River region and in the top 5% of wineries in Australia.

Straw and cut-grass from the sauvignon blanc balance this wine beautifully with gently tropical fruits providing enough acidity to cleanse and draw out the finish. The palate is soft and plush, with long acidity and a strong finish.

As in previous years, the Orenji is equal parts Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Yungarra vineyard and a site in Rosa Glen. Both vineyards are organically managed. The fruit is hand-harvested in the cool of the morning, and ferments on skins in open fermenters for two weeks. After another eight weeks in a cement egg, the wine is pressed to barrel and egg. It undergoes full malolactic conversion before being bottled with minimal sulphur. No fining, no filtration.

Fresh tropical and passionfruit aromas and flavours are well supported by a dry crisp, acid backbone.

The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

Showcasing a fresh, crispy, vibrant blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, sourced from the cooler climate areas of South Eastern Australia. Abundant citrus flavours whilst being un-oaked ensures the palate is clean and tight with balanced acid and an elegant dry finish. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best regional and varietal blend possible of these two wine varieties. Allowing the wine to exude lime and citrus pith flavours, tropical notes, and herbaceous undertones.A style suited for early release. Best enjoyed now, however will develop an interesting character as it ages. Light salads and seafood are ideal matches for this wine.

Va Va Voom Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and light with fresh tropical fruit flavours that develop onto the palate leaving a clean finish. Perfect to enjoy on warm days with friends.
