Tasting Note Attractive bright garnet in colour with just the right amount of fizz. Aromas of ripe cherry andchocolate are interlaced with attractive savoury spice. The palate is generous, and packed with dense dark fruits. Balanced sweetness is paired with a mouth-filling creaminess owed to time spent on lees.
