Whiting, brown butter and pomegranate salad. This quality wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. It was produced from Sauvignon Blanc harvested exclusively from the familys Mangan Vineyard and on the day when the moon was opposite Saturn.

Residing on the beautiful banks of the Murray River, Trentham estate’s vibrant garden is abundant with wildlife. It is here that the local lorikeets munch on the native Banksia flower.

Their Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a racy little aromatic white with exotic aromas of crushed basil and lychee that are followed by flavours of gooseberry, mango and passionfruit. All capped off with some lime zest on the finish to complete this supreme crisp dry white wine.
