An all-time popular varietal, [yellow tail] Pure Bright Chardonnay has a creamy finish while being silky smooth and easy to drink. 25% lighter in alcohol compared to [yellow tail] Chardonnay, but full of flavour. Refreshing and vibrant, with fresh peach and melon flavours and a hint of vanilla.

Vanillin, nougat and toasted nut flavours with ripe peach and citrus fruit finishing with a soft jammy mouthfeel. Nick’s Chardonnay is made from fruit coming from the Maragle vineyard in Tumbarumba. Picked slightly later than usual and spending 15 months in old oak - the reason being was to make a rounder and richer style of Chardonnay that still showed classic Tumbarumba crunch and finesse. The nose is quite subtle, with lovely hints of peach, stone fruit and cashew nuts.

We are always on the lookout for the elusive low priced Chardonnay with character and richness, yet fine balanced. We've found it! A delicious stone fruit profile with minerals and really great poise.

Blanc de Blancs translates as white of whites to make this wine we stole grapes from our Hard Chard snatching them off the vine early to lock in their fresh crispness. This wine opens with aromas of honeysuckle and tropical fruits such as paw paw. There is a touch of complexity from the wild fermentation, just enough to let you know that under the pretty facade is a fun and adventurous wine.
