Ripe and layered, the A.T. Richardson Chockstone is a cool climate Shiraz rich with chocolate and herb on the palate. It finishes with a subtle touch of spice. A velvety texture completes the picture in this full-bodied Shiraz. Having honed his skills working in some of the worlds most notable regions, winemaker Adam Richardson first planted vines in the cool-climate Great Western region in 2006. His passion is in crafting modern, personal interpretations of traditional Grampians varieties, with a focus on elegance, balance and structure.

Château Latour à is an unclassified producer yet amongst the great crus of the Pomerol appellation. The excellent 1982 vintage has produced a Latour à for the ages. Still retaining structure in its maturity, the nose exerts dark fruits, herbs and subtle spice leading to the elegantly balanced palate.

He had an astounding ability to make and recognise small unique parcels. And depending on what style they were, light-bodied, medium-bodied or full-bodied, O'Shea gave each of them different code names: Mountain C, Mountain A and Mountain D.
