Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne Non-Vintage

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne is the finest expression of the world famous wine from one of the greatest Champagne Houses. First produced in 1952, Comtes is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from 6 Grand Cru sites in the Cité de Blancs. Showing a pristine pale yellow colour with very light, abundant bubbles which rise uniformly to form a fine mousse. The evocative bouquet opens with notes of pears and fresh cute white flowers. Left in the glass for a time, the nose develops a richness and density of pure character. Once on the palate, Comtes is lively, direct and precise with flavours of candied lemon zest and fresh pineapple. The balance is something to behold. This Champagne's marriage of finesse and aromatic intensity is a promise of further potential, but already offers very pleasurable drinking.

Chais du Moulin Red

With a family estate rooted in Burgundy and Beaujolais, Laurent Guillot could easily have stayed in this prestigious part of France and focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, he was keen to look further afield to the vineyards of better-value southern France where creative winemakers are much less bound by rules. And that’s where he’s stayed, coaxing out delicate fruit elegance from the likes of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault for red blends. Chais du Moulin is a ripe, silky blend of raspberry-rich Grenache, blackberry-scented Syrah with the herby red fruits of Cinsault. This is a very enjoyable, easy-going red to sip on its own or alongside roast chicken.

Krug Vintage

Krug Vintage is one of the true Champagne icons and still maintains that lofty reputation today. A very charismatic fresh nose, promise of natural intensity and elegance with strong presence of fruits, fruits of all types. A diverse bouquet of orange aromas with some notes of liquorice and light chocolate biscuit can be enjoyed. On the palate, astonishing, balanced and delicate with significant fresh, tropical, wild and crystalised fruits. It is a hymn to fruit: red, white and citrus fruit with notes of cassis, chocolate, candied-orange peel, cocoa beans, honey with hints of smoke and toast enhanced by a vibrant, persistent long finish.

Chais du Moulin Rosé

Fourth-generation winemaker Laurent Guillot infuses his family’s Burgundian flair into this rosé from his Languedoc estate. With a family estate rooted in Burgundy and Beaujolais, Laurent Guillot could easily have stayed in this prestigious part of France and focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, he was keen to look further afield to the vineyards of better-value southern France. And that’s where he’s stayed, coaxing out delicate fruit elegance from the likes of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Chais du Moulin is a delicate rosé, with the most delicate of blushes made from a 50/50 blend of Cinsault and Grenache, not unlike you’d find in the finest estates of Provence. With zesty red berry and citrus fruit, this is a very pretty pink, ideal as an apéritif or with charcuterie, white fish and lighter dishes.

Paul & Meg Gamay

Gamay is the ultimate juicy red and this wine is no different, loaded with ripe red fruit flavours and an alluring, lifted floral note of rose petal or violet, this wine will not disappoint. This wine, grown in the South of France, complements the bright and floral palate with soft tannins and succulent acidity to round things out. Because of the high natural acidity of this Gamay, paired with low tannin, it pairs incredibly well with a very wide array of foods. Try it even with fish dishes!

Louis Roederer Vintage Rose

A lively wine with a raisin bread-like note mixed in with the ripe red fruits. Still fresh and vibrant with a clean floral finish. Drink now.

Maison Villette Gamay

An energetic gamay from two areas in France. Partly from Beuaujolais and partly from the Comte Tolesan region in the south of France. Typically lively and juicy with aromas of berries and rose petals and just a little hint of gamey spice. Light and bright on the palate, serve it cool, not cold, to bring out the best in this wine.

Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial
