Tiny Bear Distillery is a micro-distillery located in the outer Melbourne suburb of Knoxfield. Opening their doors in June of 2018, they released three signature gins as well as two liqueurs. The name is inspired by Dr. James Lind of Edinburgh who conducted one of the first clinical trials noting scurvy patients benefit from citrus. Key aromas include juniper and citrus followed by white pepper, lime peel and coriander, so more-or-less classic London Dry. Just five botanicals make for a deliciously creamy, mouth filling gin (without being over the top); dense juniper, grapefruit and hints of lime peel vie with pepper and coriander seed. Beautifully balanced gin in a beautiful bottle. 44% Alc./Vol.

Roku is Japanese for "Six" which refers to the six Japanese botanicals used. Cherry blossoms, cherry leaves, green tea (sencha), refined green tea (gyokuro), sansh pepper, and yuzu are utilized along with eight other traditional gin botanicals. Smooth and oily, the gin has a rich character as it coats the tongue. Theres a fleeting glimpse of cherry blossom and traditional notes before the tea and tannic notes take over.

Ink Gin is a beautifully delicate modern Australian gin. Lemon myrtle & orange citrus, soft floral & fresh pine notes are followed by a spicy pepperberry finish. Pot distilled with a blend of 12 Australian native, traditional & exotic botanicals before being infused with an exotic blue flower which imparts smoothness and all natural indigo colour. The flower is pH sensitive, mixing from indigo to blush pink with the addition of tonic, lemon or lime.
