HHH Spirits Wax Lyrical Gin
Wax Lyrical is the first spirit released by HHH. Its signature ingredient is the leaf of WA native Geraldton Wax (Chamelaucium uncinatum), expertly blended with juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark, liquorice root, calamus root, almond and lemon peel to produce a unique savoury but sweet Gin with a special distilling technique that draws out additional cassia flavour. Reports for numerous customers is that they are drinking it neat! The discovery of Geraldton Wax came through a dear Aboriginal man on a Main Roads road construction project near Muchea in WA. While erecting fencing next to a flower farm, Mick said to Hilton, “Mate, go rub some of those leaves in your hands and smell it.” The smell was delicious and Hilton replied, “Mick, this will do well in a gin.” Wax Lyrical is that gin 20 months after the discovery. A chance encounter with one of the three ‘true blue Aussie blokes’ running the Scotch Down Under YouTube channel, resulted in an independent review of Wax Lyrical just after its first release. Its nose was likened to the smell of fresh rain on Aussie bush and the overall verdict was a rating of above 9.5 and ‘it’s Australia in a bottle.’ Good onya guys! The first batch of Wax Lyrical Gin was released on 16 September 2020.
HHH Spirits Miss Myrtle Gin
Rough Honey Myrtle (Melaleuca scabra) was discovered in full purple flower by our head distiller whilst walking the HHH property. It adds a distinct yet subtle honey flavour to the contemporary Miss Myrtle gin, complementing the classic juniper notes. Our head distiller enjoys this gin with less tonic than the others in the stable, and slice of cucumber, lime or a sprig of Spanish Thyme won't go amiss. Miss Myrtle is crafted in a signature HHH copper still in the heart of the Bickley Valley in Western Australia.
HHH Spirits KLC - Kaffir Lime & Cumquat Gin
KLC is the acronym for kaffir lime & cumquat and is the first recipe developed by HHH. Flavoured with usual suspects: juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark and liquorice root; this gin is differentiated with kaffir lime leaves and whole cumquats that grow at the premises of HHH. The result is a juniper forward, happy, fresh, summery and full flavoured gin that will go down well at any picnic or lunch, and is versatile enough to be enjoyed at sunset too. The juniper is exaggerated by its combination with kaffir lime leaves so if you’re looking for a gin that tastes like gin, this is for you. It can be mixed with tonic or soda water, or not mixed at all. Our founder and distiller finds this gin so refreshing that it feels like a thirst quencher, so be careful and drink it slow.

Tanglin Gin Orchid Gin
Tanglin Orchid Gin 42% 700 mlSingapores First Award Winning Gin DistilleryAfter more than a year of testing different botanical combinations comes the introduction of Tanglin Gin.We like to call this is an old-world modern gin. The pine of the Juniper is unmistakably there and the herbaceous flavour notes come from classic gin botanicals. But the twist comes from Indian Amchoor the powdered form of green unripe mango which adds an extra citrus note. And then come to our not so secret ingredient (the clue is in the name, Orchid Gin). But its not used in the way you might think; we use two forms of orchid. Firstly, Dendrobium nobile Lindl which is Shi Hu in Pinyin. The botanical is added in a powdered form of the dried stalk, mirroring its prominent use in Chinese Medicine where it was first described in Shen Nongs Herbal Classics written about 2500 years ago. Legend has it that the juice of dendrobium can resurrect the dead, and is No.1 of the 9 Chinese immortality herbs. The second form of Orchid comes from the fruit of the Vanilla Orchid. Whole Vanilla beans are used in the Gin Column, adding a smooth richness to the flavour. And finally, Organic Oranges add a highlight sweetness of citrus.
