Archie Rose Distilling Co Red Centre Negroni Cocktail

Ack by popular demand! The Red Centre Negroni is one of four Bottled Cocktails from our Native Australian rangea celebration of beautiful local ingredients that puts a homegrown spin on classic cocktails. This all-Australian Negroni does the original no disservice. The Archie Rose team has teamed Archie Rose Distillers Strength Gin with sweet vermouth by Victoria-based maker Maidenii, and Økar Island Bitter sourced from South Australias Applewood distillery. Notes of native riberry and strawberry gum deliver delightful results, while artist Melanie Vugichs interpretation of red riberries features across the label. This ready-to-pour cocktail is mixed and measured to bring the experience of the Archie Rose Bar into the comfort of your home. Enjoy straight from the fridge over ice, or top with soda, sparkling wine or Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic.

Tarsier Gin Oriental Pink

A light and refreshing fruity gin distilled with raspberry, lychee and red dragon fruit. Taste: Red floral notes, a burst of lychee sweetness and slightly tart raspberry lingering alongside subtle ginger warmth. Perfect Serve: Light tonic, garnished with a few raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint.

Tarsier Gin Khao San Gin

Distilled with the classic Thai flavours of birds eye chilli, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf. Taste: Savoury, earthy notes of red pepper, undertones of lemony citrus and aromatic hints of kaffir lime leaf. The chilli flavour packs a punch without the heat. Perfect Serve: Classic Indian tonic, garnished with a slice of lime and slice of red chilli.

Tarsier Gin Southeast Asian Dry Gin

The flavours of Southeast Asia in a glass; distilled with Calamansi, Galangal, Thai Sweet Basil and Kampot Pepper. Taste: Lime and mandarin at the fore. Herbaceous notes and ginger spice linger underneath, with a long peppery finish. Perfect Serve: Classic Indian tonic, garnished with a slice of lime and slice of ginger.

Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

Patient Wolf Gin

Patient Wolf is born from a belief that well-crafted and considered things have no fear of time. The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

Three Cuts Pinot Barrel Rested Gin

Our Award Winning Founder's Release Gin with Twelve Botanicals and THREE CUTS OF ROSE is rested in Tasmanian Pinot Noir Barrels, providing a subtle colour and rich Pinot influence. Drink neat over ice or as a base for an Old Fashioned or Negroni style cocktail.

Sipsmith London Dry Gin

Sipsmith London Dry Gin is hand crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients, in a genuine copper pot still located in central London. The Gin is made using a very traditional recipe which produces a particularly dry gin with a zesty, citrus finish. The quintessential expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic smooth enough for a Martini, but rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T.

Kanoshizuku Distilled Gin

A uniquely crafted artisan gin from the Yomeishu distillery combines 11 botanicals dominated by Kuromoji or Lindera umbellata, an aromatic tree native to Japan. The gin combines two spirits, one distilled with the fresh fragrant Kuromoji and the other with the final ten botanicals, including the obligatory juniper. The final result is a complex gin that is elegant and fresh as a green forest with the scent of Kuromoji and characters of citrus, juniper and spice. Drink it on the rocks or as a base for a martini.
