Komasa Kagoshima (Strawberry) Japanese Gin
Komasa Gin is the craft gin label proudly presented by Komasa Jyozo, a shochu distillery in Kagoshima, Japan with over 130 years of distilling history. Gin and shochu both share the fact that they are distilled spirits. Drawing on decades of distilling expertise and know-how accumulated through making shochu, the distillery unveiled a new line of gins in 2018. Komasa Jyozo uses their rice shochu as the base for Komasa Gin, to which they add juniper berries and as few other ingredients as possible in order to let the main botanicals shine on their own. Komasa Jyozo’s goal is to utilize and express the natural fragrances and flavours of their quality ingredients to the fullest. With Komasa Gin, they hope they have hit upon a revolutionary style of gin that is eminently easy to drink and perfect for everyone. The sweet and refreshing aroma of strawberries with a deep and lingering finish of herbs. These seemingly contradictory personalities coexist without canceling each other out, and each sip will make you want to keep tasting this unique marriage. With the juiciness of strawberries shining through the intricately overlapping flavours, this is a gin that evokes the rich climate of tropical Kagoshima.

Diviners Distillery Outlier Gin
Diviners Distillery Outliers is a small batch, cold distilled, Australian produced gin. Considered to be the distilleries nightlife gin, it was crafted to awaken the sense with exotic and zesty flavour combinations. The nose has aromas of cardamom, heady kaffir lime, and star anise. Native finger limed drives citrus freshness across the palate. Star anise and myrtle pepper provide a spicy spine. Coriander commands citrus, pine, and spice camps. Mix with premium tonics, sodas, and bitters with no need for fruit garnish.
Diviners Distillery Apparition Gin

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. In 2015, Four Pillars combined Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz Grapes in Australia to create Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. 2018 release has great depth of colour compared to previous releases. Flavour-wise it's showing dark fruit, red berry and spice. There is also plenty of that classic Yarra Shiraz white pepper. And of course a lovely ginny character carries those grape aromas, making it unmistakably gin. The palate is lovely and sweet, with long juniper and spice characters to finish.
Malfy Gin Originale
Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
After visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest we realised olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside olive leaf. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and we did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin. The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. We have used olive leaf and oil from Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textual and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty or dry with a twist. For a longer drink, try it in a Spanish-inspired gintonic, with rosemary and lemon. Gold Medal Winner in the San Francisco 2020 International World Spirits Competition.
Gordon's London Dry Gin
Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.
Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Distilled Gin
Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla is a unique distilled gin made with Sevilla orange essences and other fine botanicals. Inspired by Charles Tanqueray’s original recipes and the ripening oranges growing on the trees in sun-drenched Seville, the result is a perfect balance of the uniquely bittersweet taste of Seville oranges balanced with the complexity of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. Best served with Premium tonic and a squeeze wedge of orange. In the 1830s Charles Tanqueray was not afraid to mix up brave ideas in his own unique style. He invented a gin recipe that is still celebrated to this day. The perfect mix of ingenuity, heritage and hard work.
