Inspired by the spirit of the Italian Riviera circa the 1960s, this gin is made in small batches and handcrafted in Italy using 19 local botanicals. Basil, juniper and Mediterranean herbs define this glamorous wonder.The bright juniper notes compliment the Mediterranean herbs, creating a dry, citrus taste. There are lingering notes of black pepper spice and liquorice. Fortunately, the spices notes are not overpowering. O’ndina is crystal clear in colour and is made using clear spring water from the Alps. A refreshing herbaceous gin, it’s paired perfectly with Mediterranean tonic, a slice of a citrus fruit and fresh basil.

Inspired by the classic London-Dry style, our Hopped Gin is juniper-forward with strong resinous, citrus, and herbal notes. At first sip there is a subtle heat from the native pepper berry, which leads into resinous, piney flavours from the juniper and hops. A rounded citrus and coriander profile presents itself on the mid-palate, adding a pleasant herbal warmth before the florals kick in for that unmistakeable finish. This is a versatile gin that be can served with a tonic on ice, and most citrus garnishes to complement the subtle resinous flavours of the juniper and cascade hops.

Malfy is a zesty citrus and yet classically complex gin. It's key botanical additions are lemon peels sourced from the Italian coastline that are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before distillation. Enjoy a Malfy Martini or Malfy on the rocks.

Blood Oranges are a prized variety in Sicily – and harvested in November – their rich red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights. The Blood Orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before being distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still.
